Religious Or Cultural Traditions???
Isn’t it delightful that Obama’s half brother married a teenager. He would have married her at 17, but the girl’s mother wouldn’t give approval.
Malik Obama, who is Muslim, has two other wives. Polygamy is legal in Kenya if it falls under religious or cultural traditions.
Apparently, many things that aren’t approved of here, can be justified if you are Muslim.
Atlas Shrugged has an article about rape in Uk:
According to Sheikh Maulana Abu Sayeed, president of the Islamic Sharia Council in Britain, it is not possible for rape to occur in marriage. He claims women falsify rape claims to try and obtain a divorce. If a woman is brutalized by her husband, he claims this is undesirable, but an apology should suffice.
And of course, we have honor killings. In Cloudsdale Avenue, Bradford, West Yorkshire police and fire crews were called out because a Muslim woman was on fire behind her house.
A neighbor, Rahana Kosar, said she believed the woman was Asian [Muslim] and had been in the UK for less than a year but she rarely came out of the house.
I do not want these religious or cultural traditions to come to the U.S.
