Georgia Tech coming in to the game at 8-4 from the ACC met Utah (7-5) from the PAC-12. The game ended in regulation tied at 24 after Utah scored 14 unanswered points in the 4th. Georgia Tech scored first in OT with a field goal and Utah won with a TD!

Toledo coming in at 8-4 facing Air Force at 7-5. Score was tied 28-28 at the half; 35-35 at the end of three. Toledo scored making it 42 to 35. Air Force scored and went for two and lost 42 to 41.
