Impressive Snow For November
A quick quote about Oregon weather from Chief Meteorologist Mark Nelsen
The main story with the upcoming weather is cold and snow. Looks to me that the snow level may dip as low as 1,500′ on Friday as a wave of showers follows Friday morning’s cold front. It dries out Friday night as the coldest air moves in. The total snowfall from tonight + tomorrow night’s system + the colder system Friday should easily make it to 18″ in the highe elevations…very impressive for mid November.
Give me some of that old time (gasp) global warming!

Yikes, 1500′ means snow for me here in the Cascades and I don’t have all of my bulbs planted yet.
It has been quite warm the last few days, but tonight is feeling nippy.
I would like to give your readers a link about a documentary that will be shown in Finland.
It covers the “hockey stick graph” that has been used as proof of strong warming.
The second link is a blog discussion about the program.
I am really curious about what is ahead for Copenhagen after reading this.
