Oregon Broad Unemployment - 23%!
Yesterday, the NYT carried a piece titled Broad Unemployment Across the U.S. If you look at just the unemployment rates of states you see that unemployment is higher on the west coast, excluding Washington and in the midwest, the rust belt, from the Great Lakes south to Alabama.
Then the NYT provided a look at Broad Unemployment: defined as unemployed plus those working part-time but wanting full-time work as well as people who have looked for work int he last year. A different picture emerges. Michigan is high with 22%, S. Carolina with 20% and Oregon with 23%!!!
Do you think voters will get smart in this state and stop electing Democrats who seem to be anti-business with their tax policies and support of dubious green policies?
Come on Dems, sock it to me! Please enjoy the article and comment below, email me at landfair3554@comcast.net or follow me @movermike
