Kagen Is Unfit!
You know who you are that say the the political pendulum runs from the extreme left, socialists and communists to the extreme right and includes nazis and fascists in the extreme right wing, might want to read Greg at Rhymes With Right and his analysis of Kagen: Kagan Won’t Affirm Jeffersonian Values At Heart Of American System. What’s is more extreme than believing in Liberty and this line in the Constitution:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
Limiting government and going to an extreme about those beliefs does not bring on Nazism or Fascism. On the contrary it brings on less government intrusion into our lives. She apparently believes that government can give us rights not enumerated.
We have, of course, lots of rights that are not enumerated in the Bill of Rights or elsewhere in the Constitution. However, their source is our Creator, not the government, as per Mr. Jefferson who believe in the laws of nature and nature’s God.

Thomas Jefferson also asked, “Can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are of the gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with his wrath?”
Kagan represents change alright, change from building upon American’s foundation in favor of destroying that foundation.
