   Sometimes women step up to the plate and show more intestinal fortitude than the head man pitching the balls to them.
   To Ms. Brewer I say Bravo.

   I also say Bravo to Rep. Tom McClintock who I think gave an excellent response to President Calderone’s speech.
   I grit my teeth at the idea of a foreign president coming into our capital, chastising us and our politicians cheering for him.

   I may later, change my opinion on this, but right now I say Bravo to both of them.
