And nice posts on the ongoing eminent domain discussion. It is my understanding that a number of states already had laws on the books banning the use of eminent domain for private economic development purposes. I'm thinking this was a potentially dangerous decision by SCOTUS, and it seems a lot of folks from all political persuasions are uniting in their concern on this issue.
