Assuming the Al-Jazeera report is true, the UN resolution has been violated. The resolution specifically EXCLUDES “a foreign occupation force of any form on any part of Libyan territory.”
How many countries just in the middle east are we going to be in AND doesn’t Obama have to come to Congress for authorization under the War Powers Act?
