For Israel a “nuclear umbrella”???
If I were Israel, I’d tell Obama and Hillary Clinton to shove it!
U.S. President-elect Barack Obama’s administration will offer Israel a “nuclear umbrella” against the threat of a nuclear attack by Iran…the American nuclear umbrella be extended to other countries in the region, like Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, if they agree to relinquish their own nuclear ambitions.

That will be the key message to Israel also, relinquish your nuclear weapons!
“…the U.S. will declare that an attack on Israel by Tehran would result in a devastating U.S. nuclear response against Iran.” A lot of good that does Israel after it suffers another holocaust at the hands Iran. What happened to Obama’s message, “Iran will not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons?
This is a sick game to appease and eventually disarm Israel and then abandon them in their hour of need. Remember Czeckslovakia?
Israel can’t take a single nuke hit. Why would they go along with this proposal that guarantees they get a nuke hit and then maybe the USA will do something about it?
