$7 Billion Spent On Halloween

Halloween has gotten to be big business. I’ve learned recently that Americans will spend at least $7 billion this year on costumes, candy, decorations and outdoor lighting. Yes, that’s right. Some homeowners are no longer content with the pumpkin on the porch or skeletons and black cats in the window. Now they are lighting their bushes and homes with orange lights. Here’s a picture I took from the Yellow Bus in Forest Heights.
