Not well known or publicized is the recorded evidence of an ancient temple site just outside St. Louis. What makes it even more interesting than the pyramids of Central and South American structure is how this one near St. Louis more closely matches the layout of the type found in Israel. It had a rectangular layout rather than a square base such as would support a pyramid. It had an outer barrier wall as evidenced by the remains of wooden poles evenly spaced around the courtyard and the actual temple was offset toward one end of the courtyard and slightly elevated.

TF, interesting. Do you know of any link to the site?
