A couple of days ago I posted that La Nina was coming and that usually brings heavy snow to the northwest.
Now Joe Bastardi is looking at NOAA predictions for this fall and winter and sees a crash in temperatures; “a three-month period that looks like it’s from Ice Station Zebra…”
